Brad Zeigler, Owner & President
Brad started as a customer service representative back in 1977. Although he is not part of the same family that began Roach & Ziegler, he quickly learned the business and worked his way up the corporate ladder. In 1999 Brad was offered the opportunity to take over the business. Since then he has significantly increased the business while still taking care of the original customers that first made Roach & Ziegler a household name in the area.
Brad has been married to his wife Donna since 1975 and enjoys spending time with his family and grandson.
Ray Nelson, Professional Designer
Ray came to Roach & Ziegler in 2004 after working at Home Depot as a design consultant. He has a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts from The Cleveland Institute of Art. Being a “hands-on” kind of guy, Ray enjoys being able to work with his customers from consultation to completion. A true artist, Ray has the ability to take the dreams of his customers and draft them into reality. In addition to working as a designer, Ray has the unique talent of being a professional glass blower. Hand-blown vessel sinks are an addition to the options available to his customers.
Ray and his wife Beth have been married since 2004. They enjoy raising their sons, Johnathan, Luke, and their newest addition Noah.
Charity Zeigler, Flooring Consultant
Charity was just a baby when her dad first started with Roach & Ziegler. Now she spends her days working alongside him. Charity has spent many hours learning the seemingly endless specifics and options of flooring. She expertly guides her customers in choosing the best option for their lifestyle or business needs. When she’s not at work, Charity and her fiancé enjoy raising their son, Isaac.
Pam Villegas, Business Development Manager
One of the newest additions to the Roach & Ziegler staff, Pam joined the business in 2009. Her job focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing the brand recognition of the company. Growing up in town, Pam remembers shopping at Roach & Ziegler with her parents. She finds working here a natural fit. Since coming on board, Pam has also learned the skills necessary to work with customers on smaller kitchen and bath remodeling projects.
Pam and her husband George have been married since 1996 and have 2 daughters, Meghan and Rachel.
